How do you get help for FLECS?

FLECS is used in the field of industrial and building automation, as well as in intralogistics and mobile machinery. What do all these applications have in common? If there is an urgent problem and the customer is threatened by a standstill or failure, fast help is needed.

That’s why we offer transparent support contracts on a monthly basis. You decide which one is the right one for you:

  • Community Support: As an open source project, a community and mutual help of the users is very important to us. You can get all this for free at any time (and forever) in the FLECS Slack Community. Not a member yet? Just click here and sign up.
  • Email & Chat Support: A community that helps each other is all well and good – but what do you do if you need help quickly and want a direct contact? With our support you get a personal contact person and in case of critical errors a guaranteed answer within 4 hours.
  • FLECS is open source. That means you can customize and change the software as it suits you best. But we don’t leave you with that. Support for whitelabeled FLECS covers exactly this case so that we are always there when you need us.

Of course you can cancel all contracts on a monthly basis. This means you have full control over your costs with maximum help from our side.
