ProSimulation: Model for spindle drives
ProSimulation offers powerful and flexible modeling of spindle drives, enabling risk-free virtual planning, optimization, and commissioning of systems.
The user-friendly simulation tool ProSimulation simplifies the virtual planning, optimisation and commissioning of machines and systems. With the model for spindle drives, it is possible to simulate spindle mechanics such as those found in positioning axes or servo spindle presses. By entering numerous parameters, the simulation model allows a wide range of spindle mechanics variants to be modelled. For example, the gear ratio and mechanical properties such as spindle inertia, linear moving mass or friction can be changed. It is also possible to vary the inclination of the spindle from zero to 360 degrees, so that even vertically installed spindles can be simulated.
Thanks to the simulation of the drive with the pre-programmed spindle model, the financial and time expenditure can be significantly reduced. The following advantages also result:
